one of my all time favorite recipes. boneless chicken thighs, fresh tarragon, lemon zest, paprika, salt, freshly cracked pepper, olive oil, chicken broth, carrots, potatoes (though I have been known to use sweet potatoes instead) , green olives and prunes. it's magical
